Hey everyone,
I wanted to give out a little info on the Kunlun techniques and some of
the effects of the practice. I talked to my energy teacher and
described the techniques and he was very impressed with the methods and
the effectiveness but he wanted to issue some caution and I wanted to
relate this to all of you.
The Kunlun, Red Phoenix, and Golden Flower practices are very
powerful. Remember, Max's energy is so extreme that he can't even
drive a car or balance a checkbook. He can't even see the color of our clothing. I've had a discussion with a Kunlun practitioner (ONLY 3-4 months of daily practice) and she
described "blanking out" at times. She found this frustrating. After
that one weekend seminar, I had some moments of emptiness happen a few
times in the following three days. This might start happening to you
and there are some methods to slow down the movement. Remember that
Max said that this is the "Quick Quick" method. But "Quick" referring
to what destination? What destination are you looking for? Unless
your destination is to reach a higher dimension altogether (body and
mind leaving this plane of existence), I'd suggest the use of
precaution with these techniques. Cultivating and storing energy in an
unbalanced way, with little preparation, and without the continued
supervision of a teacher can be detrimental to physical and mental
health. I'm not trying to instill fear, I'm just trying to communicate
the fact that these techniques are very good at opening up higher
functions that most of us are not psychologically prepared to handle.
If you start to feel strangely or to have experiences of heightened
awareness that are unsettling, there are some energy techniques that can be
shown to slow the process down and ground more. If you are
"blanking out" in the middle of situations, you are not grounded.
There are some grounding techniques that are supplemental and will not affect the Kunlun practice. When our energy gets big, we become like antennas and tuning
forks and we can start to pick up other people's energies to the point
that we can become unsure about what is "Me" vs. what is "Not Me".
Even a simple practice of wearing a pearl on the surface of the skin
can be very protective from situations like this.
