So I attended the may 3rd seminar Jazz hosted at his house and it was awesome!!
We started off with everyone closing their eyes and just dancing to music to help everyone relax and open up (it also happened to be a lot of fun to dance around like that) and then we did another similar exercise with eyes closed and just babbled in any language but our own, haha. It really amazing how stepping out of your comfort zone and letting go like that, especially when you have to use your imagination, can help open one's self up.
Afterwards we did the One breath or Buddha breath
Followed by some standing and Maoshan five elements and reverse breathing
Then we did Kunlun with the lineage transfer, which was nothing short of magical. One very unique thing we did that helped me open up more than I EVER have was a serpent variation of Kunlun. jazz said it was a more feminine version. I havent laughed like that in years!! It felt like I shook off plenty of stress I've been holding on to. Its really incredible how good it feels to just let go and allow your body to balance itself out.
We also did the golden flower meditation, red phoenix, and laughter qi gong
Everytime I see Jazz he seems to have improved his own practice and is therefore even more able to help me in mine
Anyone who has aspirations about discovering their own inner nature and having fun while doing it, should check out Jazz's kunlun meetups
His knowledge and ability to effectively teach and convey these amazing practices make it something not to be missed. And the chance to meet and practice with like minded people is fantastic.
I will definitely be attending more meetups in the future
Love and Peace,
Max
