in my experience, i found the teacher, then found out about the lineage. maybe i'm lucky that all my teachers have had lineages, but you have to remember that even Priests of the Catholic Church are from a lineage that traces itself all the way back to Peter and Jesus and John the Baptist... person to person.

whenever knowledge is transferred in that way, the lineage remains. like a legacy. if you love a teacher, make sure they have a lineage.

Note: Shamanic practitioners do not have the same kind of "recorded" lineage, so if shamanism is your thing, you probly won't be able to do the kind of research suggested in this blog

They all feed into each other after they have been embodied in their own seperate sets.

Begin with the element of water and the yin flow of chi from Heaven to Earth Opening the Energy Gates" .Move onto The Spiralling Energy Body which embodies the upward yang energy of the fire element.

The Yin and Yang forces- side channes moon & sun- are combined within the Marriage of Heaven and Earth which corresponds to the element of wood -circulation of the energy of the Golden Flower- Back channel, Governing Yang "DUChannel " + front Channel Conceining Yin "Ren Channel".

The element of metal is embodied by Bend the Bow and Shoot the Arrow which causes strong compression and release of energy.

Finally all the previous physical and energetic practices are combined as we move into the element of earth with the set Gods Playing in the Clouds.

The Marriage of Heaven and Earth

The practice is then taken deeper into the fluids of the body - the blood, lymph, synovial and cerebrospinal fluids. When this material is fully integrated the body moves as one interconnected piece.

The energetic work combines the descending and ascending energy currents to move Qi through the micro and macro cosmic orbits. The energies of heaven and earth are joined within the Dan-Tien (the centre point of the body).

Catarsis, through dinamic movements. The brain core is energised and negative emotions cleared from the body, thus bridging the gap between nei gung and Taoist meditation.

- All energetic movements. Spiralling the Energy Body, physical movements as Opening the Energy Gates as the energy work to release.

Release your energy and physical blockages - Opening the Energy Gates .

The Spiralling Energy Body concentrates on the flow of chi, this can dramatically increase your energy levels.

Thoroughly dissolving your energy and physical blockages. Release energeticaly and body-mind blockages, then your energy is neutral and your blocks released.

The Marriage of Heaven and Earth and makes the body very open and strong. After practice the body gains the quality of 'sprung steel', which is the main component .

This set is used to correct back problems and improve posture, as well as overhauling and strengthening the central nervous system.

The energetic movement is from periphery to center and from center to periphery throughout the whole body, circulation of the energy of the "Golden Flower", creating a magnetic field that can be projected, which is the main component of 'Fa Jing' - the ability to release enrgy to project a person away from you. Also as

a healing energy.

Do not believe, because the garment is simple, that the stranger is insignificant! If his eyes are half closed, do not presume that his glance is not keen. It is impossible to discern from which direction power approaches.

-For millennia, secret societies of Native American medicine men and women carefully guarded their wisdom teachings and acted as stewards of nature. These "Earthkeepers" existed in many nations and were called several different names; for example, in the Andes and the Amazon they were known as the "Laika."

Homo Luminous

According to the prophecies of the Maya, the Hopi, and the Inka, we're at a turning point in human history. The Maya identified the year 2012 as the culmination of a period of great turmoil and upheaval, one in which a new species of human will give birth to itself. We're going to take a quantum leap into what we are becoming, moving from Homo sapiens to Homo luminous- that is, beings with the ability to perceive the vibration and light that make up the physical world at a much higher level. For the first time, all of humanity will be able to evolve not between generations but within a generation, which contradicts our beliefs about how evolution works. We'll take a biological quantum leap within our own lifetimes; and the physical, emotional, and spiritual traits we acquire will be passed on to our children and our children's children.

If this sounds hard to believe, consider that you create a new copy of your body about every eight months, as your cells replace themselves. By following the four insights contained within this book and implementing their practices, you can manifest a physical body that's free of the tyranny of the genes you inherited from your parents and the medical maladies they bring you. But even more important, you can unchain yourself from the limiting emotional and spiritual stories you've inherited or bought into over the course of your life.

Thanks to the discoveries of quantum physics, we've come to understand that all matter is densely packed light. But the Laika have known about the luminous nature of reality for millennia-they know that vibration and light can organize themselves into a thousand shapes and forms. First, there is a luminous matrix, and then this blueprint gives birth to life. Vibration and light swirl and condense around the luminous matrix and give birth to a whale, for instance, and then whales can give birth to other whales.

The human body also has a luminous matrix: We're enveloped by a luminous energy field (LEF) that manifests the form and health of the body. The LEF organizes the body in the same way that the energy fields of a magnet arrange iron filings on top of a piece of glass. Just as with the example of the whales, humans can give birth to other humans, but a new kind of human has to come from a new luminous matrix. Over millennia, the Laika learned to access the biological blueprint of light and assist Spirit in the unfolding of creation. They also learned how to heal disease and create extraordinary states of health, as well as to craft and shape their personal destinies, by changing the LEF.

We can think of the LEF as the software that gives instructions to DNA, which is the hardware that manufactures the body. Mastery of the insights lets us access the latest version of the software and allows each of us to create a new body that ages, heals, and dies differently. Without the ability to reprogram the LEF, we're trapped in the stories we inherited; that is, we age, heal, live, and die the way our parents and grandparents did, reliving their physical ills and emotional ailments. The four insights contained in these pages allow us to break free of the tyranny of our familial curses, the stories that haunted our ancestors.

Mastery of the insights even allowed the Laika to create new life on Earth-to bring forth a new species of butterfly in the Amazon, for example. It allowed them to move gigantic boulders up the side of mountains, as was required to build the Inka cities in the clouds. The Bible tells us that our faith can move mountains, but we've forgotten that we have the ability to do so. The insights teach us that the first mountain we must move is the one that blocks our perception of our own luminous nature.

In becoming Homo luminous, we'll give up the ways of the conquistador and discard the masculine theology that values command, control, and dominion over nature, a theology that justifies the exploitation of the earth's rivers and forests because they're seen merely as resources for human consumption. Instead, we'll embrace an older mythology that has become lost to most humans, a feminine theology of cooperation and sustainability.

The Four Insights

The wisdom of the Laika consists of four insights, each of which has four practices within it that allow us to move beyond mere understanding to actually experiencing shifts in perception-thus, helping us to transform ourselves and our world. The insights and their practices are:

. Insight 1: The Way of the Hero

  Practices: Nonjudgment, Nonsuffering, Nonattachment, Beauty

. Insight 2: The Way of the Luminous Warrior

Practices: Fearlessness, Nondoing, Certainty, Nonengagement

. Insight 3: The Way of the Seer

Practices: Beginner's Mind, Living Consequently, Transparency, Integrity

. Insight 4: The Way of the Sage

Practices: Mastering Time, Owning Your Projections, No-mind, Indigenous Alchemy

Won't You Join the Dance?

Nothing to Lose but Your Head.

Knowledge is the barrier to knowing. When knowledge is dropped, knowing flowers

You Already Are!

If you know your being, there is no question of becoming. All that you could have ever imagined to become you already are.

You are gods who have forgotten who they are. You are emperors who have fallen asleep and are dreaming that they have become beggars. Now beggars are trying to become emperors, in dreams they are making great efforts to become emperors, and all that is needed is to wake up!

The outer cannot change the inner, but the outer can help, or it can hinder. The outer can create a situation in which the inner can explode more easily.

Remember this: that the inner is important, significant. The outer is helpful, it is good, but you must not become focused on it. It must not become so important that the inner is forgotten. The inner must remain the inner and the central, and the outer, if possible, should be changed just as a help.

Mirrors You are the cause of whatsoever is happening to you. You are the cause, and the world is just a mirror. But it is consolatory always to find the cause somewhere else. Then you never feel guilt, you never feel self-condemned. You can always point out that here is the cause, and unless this cause changes, "How can I change?" You can escape into it; this is a trick. So your mind always goes on projecting causes somewhere else.-From The Book of Secrets

Fools

The majority consists of fools, utter fools. Beware of the majority.

If so many people are following, that is enough a proof

that something is wrong.

Truth happens to individuals, not to crowds.

All that can be experienced is not necessarily explainable, and all that can be explained is not necessarily explainable

**Live each moment as if it the last moment. And nobody knows - it may be the last

Be Realistic, Plan for a Miracle

Never sacrifice your life for anything! sacrifice everything for life! Life is the ultimate goal.

Get Out of Your Own Way

Yes, Kunlun is a linage practice. It is a "root" practice which means it pre-dates many things including Taoism. When Max transfers to you, you become connected with the 7402 masters who came before you. These masters (they don't actually use that word themselves) will come to work with you. There are many on this forum who have had experiences with these teachers while practicing. Some look human others, not so much.

On the Mao Shan side of things, if you know Mao Shan, and I know you do, you should know of the name Lum. Max was the primary student of Andrew Lum of Hawaii. His brother is Ming Lum. Andrew Lum's teacher was Lum Dai Yeung. He was the Grand Master of Mao Shan.

Max is as skilled as his teachers.

You are getting the real thing with him. I hope you have the chance to meet him because I know you two would get along great.

fire creates earth

metal produces water

wood feeds fire
