I began to understand that Reiki i not only something we Do or something we Give or something we Share during treatments. Reiki truly is universal life energy. it is the energy found in the spiraling of galaxies, the roaring of the winds, the changing of the tides,and the silence of the eagle in fligh. Reiki is boundless creativity manifested in the beauty and wonder of creation, and found in each cell of our bodies. It is loving, and gently powerful energy that can flow into the areas of our thoughts, emotions, and physical nature to heal and renew us. It is the energy of unconditional love and acceptance that has embrace each of us and can move within us to bring balance and health. Reii is aspects of the loving energy from which we come and in which we can live, if choose to do so. Reiki is love and light, goodness, and compassion.

Reiki Master- Tatiana

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
