Skin breathing is a simple method of absorbing qi from the air around
you or from trees, or nature which surrounds you, as in a forest.
The method is simple, breath naturally in and out through the nose, as
in the one breath, tongue naturally sits behind the upper teeth.
Eyes peacefully open, and sitting posture. Now as you breath in no
huiyin blocking needed, feel as though your skins pores are expanding
making you feel like a gently expanding ballon, when this is occuring
feel as though the qi of your surroundings are pouring in through your
skin.
You can guide it into the bones via the tips of the fingers, and toes,
through the joints, the hair, and the eyes, but basically try to feel
it energetically in the bone marrow.
As you breath in the expansion feeling your generating actually expands the bodys magnetic field.
Now on the exhale imagine the body shrinking back to normal, remember
the skin is the secon lung, when you exhale feel and imagine a dark
bluish or grey smoke, leaving out through the pores, purifying the body.
You can do this method until you feel pleasant, peaceful and light. if
you feel too light, merely store the energy in the dantien. End with hands on dantien.
