first of all thanks for creating a space where also learners from the book can ask questions and share info!
I have a question. In the description of Kunlun 1 the book says that if after 10 minutes no inner movement is felt then one should begin spiralling at the waist. I take the first part of the sentence to mean that if after 10 minutes one doesn't feel any energy moving inside the body then one should spiral at the waist.
As for the spiralling, what do I have to do exactly? As I am supposed to be sitting (as per instructions in the book):
- does it mean to rotate the upper part of the body (the torso) from the hips in a circular motion (like a reversed cone), while keeping sitting?
- or to rotate the waist only as if one were playing with a hoola hop but in sitting?
- or something else I cannot figure out?
