    Can a beginner do Reiki on themselves?

    do I need to take a class to do reiki on myself ?

     Hi Jing, yes you can give Reiki to yourself as long as you learn Reiki one. Soon you learn Reiki you suppost to Reiki yourself for 21 days to complete the initiation to Reiki. You can give reiki to yourself and other which help your own healing.
