Numerous questions regarding Kunlun Nei Gung

I have looked into this practice.  I even downloaded the e-book and did session one.  This session moved a lot of energy to my crown within 12 minutes.  After 20 minutes I decided to shut it down and seal in the practice.  But then I decided not to continue because i have questions and haven't been able to get answers.  Does anyone know:

    1.  Can you practice Kunlun Nei Gung when you have active Kundalini?  I emailed the info@kunlinbliss about this twice but never heard.

    2.  From the book, it appeared that the Kunlun master could physically control his pupils.  Is this true?  I personally want to be in control of me.  I don't wish to to yield control over me to anyone else.

    3.  Can one practice meditation and practice Kunlun Nei Gung simultaneously?

    4.  The book says to practice for an hour, then sit still and seal in the practice for 20 minutes.  So if you ponly practice for 20 minutes would be OK to turn it off and seal it in for 7 minutes?

    1. Basic rule from what I have learnt from Max is that you should keep practices seperate.
If you practice Kunlun then only do Kunlun or in combination of few other practices taught such as Red Phoenix or Golden flower.

    2. Max(kunlun master) - shows us the power of what Kunlun awakened energy can do. In order for him to do so, we must allow him to do it to us.

Another basic rule is that - YOU are always in control !
just like when you practice Kunlun - you are always in control, using feet as a switch. When you wish to stop, you stop.

    3. Go by hour instinct. Your higher mind will guide you. Its not the quantity but quality that matters.

Let me know if you hear anything different from what I have said.

    Thank you for your response.

I can see where this practice would blow out any blockages fairly quickly.  It moves a good bit of energy quickly.

I have a couple of additonal questions.  How do you connect to the lineage?  Is it by attunement?  Must you meet Max?  Just by doing the practice?  I am happy with my current practice (advanced yoga practices plus qigong).  But should I ever desire to try it  I would like to know what I am getting into.

Yes there is attunement or transmission as its a living lineage.

When you are ready and want it ... you can have it.

Max or certified teachers/facilitators provide it.

    Where do you live ?

Re: Numerous questions regarding Kunlun Nei Gung

    Hi

    1.  Can you practice Kunlun Nei Gung when you have active Kundalini?  I emailed the info@kunlinbliss about this twice but never heard.

ANS--> I have awakened Kundalini. Doing Kunlun helps kundalini in becoming stable and stronger but if you have awakened kundalini, practice Kunlun only after taking session from Max. Also you will have to stop all kundalini exercises when you start practicing Kunlun as kunlun is downward flow of energy and kundalini is upward flow of energy. If you practice both at the same time, energies get screwed up. Not at all advisable!

    2.  From the book, it appeared that the Kunlun master could physically control his pupils.  Is this true?  I personally want to be in control of me.  I don't wish to to yield control over me to anyone else.

ANS__> He doesn't take control of anybody. People see movement in their body because of kunlun energy and not because of Max.
Just to demonstrate few techniques, he shows (for example burning palm) on his advanced student. Thats all

    3.  Can one practice meditation and practice Kunlun Nei Gung simultaneously?

ANS--> Yes you can practice meditation, Reiki or any healing method along with Kunlun. Kunlun will only make it better.

    4.  The book says to practice for an hour, then sit still and seal in the practice for 20 minutes.  So if you ponly practice for 20 minutes would be OK to turn it off and seal it in for 7 minutes?

ANS--> Yes you can do that. Its your call. If you have practiced enough, you don't need an hour for kunlun. Few minutes will be fine in that case.

--> For getting results from your kunlun practice, you don't really need Max or any attunement of any kind.

Max helps in removing your blockages faster. In his presence, you will get faster results. I would highly recommend taking his session. You maynot get a chance to meet a real master or whatever you want to call.

--> Yes, as i told you earlier, while practicing kunlun, you will have to stop your kundalini, pranayama & other QiQong exercises. Any breathing exercise without breath retention is fine though. Don't worry about the results, kunlun will amplify/strengthen whatever exercises or practices you have been doing.
